If Your Message Is About an Existing Membership or Order
Please include the following so our team can help quickly:
- Your order reference: Order number
- What it is about: OX PRO membership or access issue
- What you expected versus what happened: one or two sentences
- Screenshots: any visuals that explain the issue
TradingView Access Issues
If you cannot see your indicators after purchase, please include:
- Your TradingView username
- The symbol and timeframe you are using (for example MGC 5-min)
Tip: In TradingView, check Indicators to Invite-only scripts. If they do not appear, close and restart TradingView, then check again.
