Is OX PRO a signal service?
No. We provide visual key levels only. No signals, no trade calls, no predictions. You make every decision and manage your own risk.
Which markets do your tools work on?
Primarily intraday futures trading on contracts like ES/MES, NQ/MNQ, CL/MCL, GC/MGC and others. They perform best in volatile futures sessions.
Membership & Access
How do I get access?
Enter your TradingView username on the OX PRO product page before checkout. Access to all indicators is granted within 12 hours.
Does every plan include a free trial?
Yes. Every monthly and yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial that starts when access is granted.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel anytime. Access stays active until the end of your current paid period, including the trial.
Support & Limitations
What does support cover?
Support is limited to technical issues: membership access, bugs, and clarification of how the key levels appear and behave.
What does support not cover?
We do not provide trade advice, strategy guidance, entry/exit suggestions, chart reviews, or real-time market help.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are considered only for genuine unresolved technical or access issues. No refunds based on trading results or personal preference.
