OAKEN X provides digital trading tools focused on clear key levels for intraday futures traders. Our Services include the website, OX PRO membership, and all related indicators. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

3) Orders and Access
When you purchase OX PRO membership, you are buying access to all OAKEN X TradingView indicators. Access is granted via your TradingView username. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
4) Digital Products and Access
Once access to OX PRO membership has been granted, the product is considered delivered and is generally non-refundable. You are responsible for providing a correct TradingView username. If access is not granted due to an error on our side, we will work to resolve it.

You may not use our Services for any illegal purpose, to violate any laws, to transmit harmful code, or to interfere with the security of the site. We may terminate your access if these Terms are violated.
