OAKEN X sells digital products only. OX PRO membership and all TradingView indicators are delivered online through your TradingView account. There is no physical shipping involved.

Digital Delivery

After you purchase OX PRO membership and provide your TradingView username, we grant access to all OAKEN X indicators (usually within 12 hours).

You will find them in TradingView under Indicators → Invite-only scripts.

If the indicators do not appear after 12 hours, please restart TradingView and check again. If they are still missing, contact support@oakenx.com with your order number and TradingView username. We will resolve it quickly.

No Physical Shipping

Since all our products are digital, we do not offer physical shipping, tracking numbers, or delivery estimates for packages.
