OAKEN X sells digital products only. Once access to OX PRO membership has been granted to your TradingView account, the order is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

7-Day Pass

You may cancel a 7-Day Pass order only before access is granted. Once access has been delivered to your TradingView account, the pass cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Membership (Recurring)

You can cancel your recurring membership at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals, but access remains active until the end of your current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period.

How to Cancel

To cancel before access is granted, email support@oakenx.com as soon as possible with your order number.

For recurring membership cancellation, you can manage it directly in your Shopify account or contact support.
