Refund policy

OAKEN X sells digital products only — primarily the OX PRO membership, which gives access to all our TradingView indicators. Because these are digital tools, refunds are limited.


Digital Products & OX PRO Membership

Once access has been granted to your TradingView account, the product is considered used and is generally non-refundable.

You may be eligible for a refund or resolution only if:

  • You never received access after providing the correct TradingView username, and
  • There is a genuine technical issue that cannot be resolved after you contact support.

You are not eligible for a refund if:

  • You changed your mind after purchase,
  • The tool works as described but does not fit your personal style or trading results,
  • You purchased by mistake, or
  • Access has already been granted to your account.

Support Boundaries

Our support is limited to technical issues: membership access problems, bugs, and clarification of how key levels appear.

We do not provide trade advice, strategy guidance, entry suggestions, chart reviews, or real-time market help.


How to Report an Issue

Contact us at support@oakenx.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • TradingView username
  • A short description of the issue
  • Screenshots if relevant

We aim to respond within 24–48 hours on technical matters.


Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Banks and payment providers usually take 5–10 business days to post the refund.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the “Last updated” date.
